2 Things I Spotted

Hello, just 2 suggestions for the forum:

1. Add a Report Section
-For in-game abuse (maybe forum abuse, but that's why we have mods :3)

2. There are 2 Event Sections

Delete the second in the events forum and just move down the one in the news to the events
